Job summary

Integrated Supply Chain in Gelang Patah, Johor is seeking a Logistics/Operations specialist to process customer sales orders, coordinate with departments, plan material requisitions, and schedule production according to customer needs.

You will optimize inventory, maintain CRM relationships, monitor KPIs, ensure ISO 13485:2016 compliance, and handle ad-hoc projects. This role focuses on cost, quality, and efficiency improvements in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders and coordinate with departments to ensure prompt delivery of goods.
• Plan and raise purchase requisitions to ensure materials availability and minimize inventory holdings.
• Plan and schedule customer's orders for production according to requirements.
• Prioritize and optimize loading capacity and minimize inventory retention.
• Maintain good CRM with customers.
• Drive cost, quality and efficiency improvements.
• Be responsible for KPIs and report to management.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485:2016.
• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by M&L.
• Optimize inventory management to support product availability within guidelines.
• Ensure internal production material operations are carried out effectively.

Integrated Supply Chain – Gelang Patah, Johor

Process customer sales orders and coordinates with various departments and related parties in ensuring promptly delivery of goods to customers.

Plan and make purchase requisitions for necessary materials to ensure materials availability in meeting production needs ands minimizing inventory holdings holdings/costs.

Plan and schedule customer's order for production work according to customer requirements.

Priorities & optimize loading capacity and minimizes retention period of inventory.

Maintain good CRM (Customer relationship Management) with customer.

Continuous work on improvement in respect to cost, quality and efficiency.

Responsible on key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and report periodically to Management.

To responsible to comply with ISO 13485:2016 requirement.

Handle ad-hoc project as and when assigned by M&L.

To optimize inventory management activities to support and optimize product availability within inventory guide lines.

To ensure internal Operation of productions materials and other activities are carried out in an affective manner.
