Job summary

Perodua in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse & Production Planner to coordinate weekly orders, monitor stock, and ensure timely deliveries.

You will maintain daily production reports, manage delivery documentation, and support inventory control with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Operation Management/Statistics/Management Technology/Logistics is required.
• Knowledge of inventory control, production planning and production processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekly order requirements and monitor production activities at warehouse, including recovery planning to ensure timely delivery.
• Update and maintain accurate daily production reports in a timely manner.
• Monitor and control inventory level to meet daily delivery needs.
• Manage and prepare all delivery-related documentation and records.
• Compile and maintain daily stock reports.
• Manage returnable racking, ensuring it is well maintained and serviced according to schedule.
