Job summary

Grand Venture Technology in Johor Bahru is seeking a production planning professional to analyze demand, forecast orders, and develop material plans that meet customer needs.

The role focuses on aligning production with raw materials, optimizing machine use, and delivering on time while maintaining weekly reports and coordinating warehouse activities.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Engineering related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in precision machining environment is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in ERP System Software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand/forecast orders from customers to determine required capacity.
• Ensure production plan aligns with raw materials to maximize efficiency and deliver products timely.
• Release and monitor production plan to fully utilize existing machines and track plan vs. actual output.
• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations including planning, directing, controlling and coordinating.
• Handle special projects as assigned.

Job description

Grand Venture Technology – Taman Desa Cemerlang, Johor

Analyze demand/forecast order from customer to determine required capacity.

Make sure that the production plan is aligned with raw material to maximum efficiency in order to timely delivered products to customers' place.

Release and ensure proper production plan schedule in order to fully utilize existing machine to their optimum and track plan versus actual output.

Responsible for analyze forecast changes order from customers.

Analyze and prepare weekly / periodic reports for management.

To determine what, when and how much to order for raw materials based on sales forecast.

Develop material plan to meet customer's demands.

Develop and maintain material planning system.

Oversee and manage daily operations of various warehouse activities including planning, directing, controlling and coordinating.

Handle special projects as assigned.

ERP, Epicor or Planning Advance System

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics/Engineering related field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in precision machining environment will be preferred
• Knowledgeable ERP System Software will be an advantage
• Resourceful in problem solving
• A team player with Good interpersonal and communication skill
