Job summary

INNOValues Precision Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a capable planner to oversee operational machine planning, raw material and inventory control, and to coordinate with customers on commitment and delivery plans. The role involves forecasting purchases, ensuring timely incoming deliveries, and monitoring day-to-day production performance and delivery schedules to meet customer needs.

Based in Pasir Gudang / Klauang plant, this position requires initiative and teamwork, with a focus on accuracy

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Material Management, Logistics or Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Self-initiative and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and analyze operational machine planning, raw material & inventory control.
• Coordinate with customers on commitment plan and delivery plan.
• Compile operational machine capacity by customer.
• Monitor day-to-day production performance and delivery schedule.
• Forecast purchases of raw materials or parts according to production schedule and inventory needs.
• Ensure on-time delivery of incoming raw materials.

Job Requirement

Candidate must processes at least a Diploma/Degree in Material Management / Logistic /Business Administration or equivalent

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field

Self-initiative and able to work independently

Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
