iRepair Centre Point is seeking a Phone Technician to join our dynamic team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to launch your career in the mobile device repair industry. We welcome candidates with zero experience, as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills needed to excel in this role. As a Phone Technician, you will play a crucial part in our service delivery, ensuring customers receive high-quality repairs and maintenance for their mobile devices. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction in the fast-growing telecommunications repair sector.

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and repair faulty mobile phones and electronic devices, including hardware and software issues
• Perform component-level repairs such as screen replacements, battery replacements, and charging port repairs
• Test repaired devices thoroughly to ensure they meet quality standards before returning them to customers
• Maintain accurate records of repairs completed, parts used, and customer information in our system
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair issues and solutions in a clear and professional manner
• Keep the workshop clean, organised, and well-stocked with necessary tools and spare parts
• Follow safety protocols and best practices when handling electronic equipment and hazardous materials
• Support senior technicians and contribute to improving repair processes and efficiency
• Stay updated on new mobile device models and emerging repair techniques through ongoing training
