Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair faulty mobile phones and devices, including hardware and software issues.
• Perform component-level repairs such as screen and battery replacements, charging port fixes.
• Test repaired devices to ensure quality before returning to customers.
• Maintain records of repairs, parts used, and customer information.
• Provide clear explanations of issues and solutions to customers.
• Keep the workshop clean, organized, and well-stocked with tools and parts.
• Follow safety protocols when handling electronics and hazardous materials.
• Support senior technicians and contribute to improving repair processes.
