Job summary

HOE Pharmaceuticals Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. You will keep marketing activities running smoothly by coordinating events, suppliers, documentation, purchase orders, expenses, and reports, while supporting day-to-day admin matters.

You'll collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Accounts, and external suppliers, gaining exposure to the operational side of marketing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline is required or preferred.
• Basic understanding of office administration and documentation.
• Good coordination and communication skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
• Check and compile monthly staff claims with supporting documents.
• Assist with hotel bookings, travel arrangements, and other admin tasks.
• Maintain filing and documentation for marketing activities.
• Provide day-to-day admin and coordination support to the Marketing team.
• Assist in preparing marketing reports and presentations.
