The role provides day-to-day administrative, coordination, reporting, and operational support to the Marketing team across campaigns, events, and sales enablement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, business support, or a related role.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry experience will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for meetings, events, training, and other business activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the processing and tracking of sample and demo kit orders, including system input and order status follow-up.
• Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and other business reports for the Marketing team.
• Coordinate logistics for sales meetings, product demonstrations, training sessions, exhibitions, and client visits.
• Support the Marketing team with market research, lead generation, and customer account research.
• Coordinate communication between Sales, Marketing, and other internal departments to ensure smooth workflows.
• Assist with marketing campaigns across email, digital, print, and product sampling activities.
• Liaise with external vendors on promotional materials, events, marketing assets, and related follow-ups.
• Maintain and update marketing collateral, product brochures, and sales support materials.
• Support the organisation of webinars, trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
• Maintain the marketing calendar and track key campaign dates, activities, and deadlines.
• Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Marketing team as required.
