Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in Malaysia is seeking a marketing support professional to help improve the marketing team's operational efficiency, focusing on execution tactics with the brand managers and ensuring alignment with strategic plans.

The role covers event planning, vendor coordination, management of promotional materials, RWI/QA processes, and A&P tracking to support timely payments and accruals, while upholding Zuellig Pharma’s standards and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in the pharmaceutical industry is required.
• Strong time-management and project coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail, planning, and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support event planning and coordination including logistics, vendors, and agreements.
• Manage ezFlow processes for key events from initiation to closing.
• Prepare consultancy, sponsorship, and hospital agreements as needed.
• Create and distribute approved promotional materials to sales teams.
• Coordinate A&P tracking and ensure timely payment requests and accruals.
