Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in Malaysia seeks a marketing support professional to boost operations and execution with brand managers. You will coordinate events, manage documentation, and distribute promotional materials to sales teams, aligning with compliance and timelines.

You will assist brand owners with A&P tracking, vendor coordination, and logistics, contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced pharma marketing environment with growth prospects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree holder within the pharmaceutical industry.
• 1-2 years of experience in pharma marketing or sales
• Open to fresh graduates

Responsibilities

• Provides marketing support in an efficient, professional manner in the team.
• Event planning and coordination including RFQs, RDAs, vendor management, and logistics.
• Manage ezFlow processes for key events and related documentation.
• Prepare consultancy/sponsorship LOUs and quotations for hospitals or agents.
• Create and distribute approved promotional materials to sales teams.
• Coordinate RWI instructions with QA/Supply Chain for timely submission.
• Support brand owners with A&P tracking and timely payment processing.
