Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Representative to meet and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory by promoting products and building long-term customer relationships.

You will execute the commercial strategy for each account, expand the customer base, conduct dealer and retailer training, plan weekly work schedules with the Business Manager, and report on daily activities while upholding integrity and our core values.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma holder in Business, Finance, or related course.
• Minimum 1-year experience in sales within the Pharmaceutical or Consumer Healthcare industry.
• Fresh graduates who are passionate about sales are encouraged to apply.
• Strong selling skill and presentation skill.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets; achieve maximum sales in assigned territory through approved and allocated channels.
• Execute the commercial strategy in each assigned account to meet the objectives of sell in, sell out, distribution and profitability.
• Increase market share by promoting and selling products, conduct dealer/retailer training, and drive new customer development.
• Plan and manage weekly/monthly work schedules with Business Manager to enable efficient work execution and achieve coverage and frequency targets.
• Achieve SFE KPIs and utilize SFE software to maintain quality records and report daily calls.
• Keep abreast of competition, regulatory and market developments and report to the Company.
