Job summary

Zuellig Pharma in Malaysia seeks an Operations/Client Services professional to manage client transactions, support KAMs with inventory, and coordinate across warehouses and teams. You will leverage SAP, eZCS and MS Office to process requests, resolve issues, and drive accurate, compliant service delivery.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, multitasking, and strong communication with internal teams and clients to ensure timely, high-quality service and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• 1–3 years (or up to 4–6 years) in Customer Service, Supply Chain or Operations.
• Experience with SAP, MS Office and ticketing systems like eZCS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process client and KAM requests via eZCS or email accurately and on time.
• Support Client Key Account Management with inventory and stock-take activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services and operations teams.
• Coordinate with warehouse and business units to share operational information.
• Attend and contribute to internal meetings and manage escalations when needed.
• Navigate and use company digital apps and address partner needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and healthcare regulations in Malaysia.
