Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad in Malaysia invites a focused Personal Financing Islamic (PF-i) sales professional to drive PF-i promotions and meet business KPIs. You will actively engage prospects, present PF-i benefits, and set sales plans with self-generated leads while maintaining compliance and service quality.

You will deliver superior customer experiences, cross-sell retail banking products, and uphold the bank's standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any related field.
• 1 year of experience in sales and customer service.
• Have the relevant licenses for the portfolio.
• Highly motivated with a winning attitude and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication and basic finance knowledge.
• Able to relate to local community.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and promote PF-i products; achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and execute sales plans for prospects.
• Set appointments and conduct sales calls.
• Cross-sell other retail banking products.
• Maintain high standard of customer experience and ensure compliance.
• Keep the sales centre well maintained and reflect bank standards.
