Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad invites applications for a front-line sales role focused on Personal Financing Islamic (PF-i) products. You will solicit PF-i sales, deliver excellent customer experiences, and use internal marketing and self-generated leads to build a pipeline.

You will set appointments, visit customers as needed, and cross-sell banking products while meeting individual KPIs in a fast-paced environment at our Port Klang/Malaysia branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any related field.
• At least 1 year of sales and customer service experience.
• Have the relevant licenses for the portfolio.
• Highly motivated with a winning attitude and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and promote PF-i products to achieve business KPIs.
• Deliver superior customer experience.
• Prepare and execute sales plans for prospective customers using internal marketing or self-generated leads.
• Set appointments and conduct sales calls with new-to-bank customers.
• Cross-sell other retail banking products (ASB, PF, Credit Cards, Deposits).
