Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in a related field.
• 1 year of experience in sales and customer service.
• Have the relevant licenses for the portfolio.
• High motivation with a winning attitude and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable engaging with people and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and promote PF-i products.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to Group targets.
• Prepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers.
• Set appointments and perform sales calls, prospecting new-to-bank customers.
• Cross-sell other retail banking products (ASB, PF, Credit Cards, Deposits).
• Maintain high customer experience aligned with bank standards.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies and protect brand reputation.
• Keep sales centre or hub well maintained and compliant.
