Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Sarawak seeks a sales professional to solicit and promote PF-i Personal Financing Islamic products and to achieve challenging KPIs while delivering superior customer experience. You will act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers and respond promptly to inquiries.

You will craft and execute sales plans, set appointments, visit prospects, and cross-sell other retail banking products such as deposits, cards and loans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any related field.
• 1 year of experience in sales and customer service.
• Have the relevant licenses for the portfolio.
• Highly motivated with a winning attitude.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to relate to local community and take initiative.
• Basic understanding of finance and banking products.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and promote sales of PF-i products to meet targets.
• Deliver high standard customer experience in line with bank policies.
• Prepare and execute sales plans using leads and marketing support.
• Set appointments and visit prospects; engage new-to-bank customers.
• Cross-sell other retail banking products (ASB, PF, Credit Cards, Deposits).
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and protect the bank's image.
• Maintain sales centre standards and operations.
