PETOUR MALAYSIA SDN BHD is seeking a dynamic field sales representative in JOHOR to promote Petour products, visit pet shops and outlets, and build strong customer relationships. The role requires visiting on the road, regular travel, and driving a valid license.

Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided. Basic salary RM2,000–RM2,500 with car allowance and KPI incentives, offering total earning potential of RM3,800+ per month based on performance.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; fresh graduates welcome.
• Training will be provided.
• Experience in sales, merchandising, retail, promoter, roadshow, telemarketing, customer service, or field sales is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Confident, outgoing, and able to approach new customers.
• Willingness to learn, sell, and achieve targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel and perform outdoor fieldwork.

Responsabilités

• Visit pet shops, retail outlets, and potential customers regularly to identify new business opportunities.
• Introduce and promote Petour products to pet shop owners and retail customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Follow up with existing customers to secure repeat orders.
• Negotiate and close sales orders to achieve targets.
• Monitor customer payments and assist with collection follow-ups.
• Provide after-sales service and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand the customer base.
• Ensure proper product display and stock across outlets; check planograms and promos.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to check placement, pricing, stock, and promotions.
• Coordinate with store personnel for timely replenishment; minimize stock issues.
• Set up promotional displays and educate staff on promotions and features.
• Monitor competitors’ products and merchandising activities.
• Monitor sales performance and growth opportunities per outlet.
• Maintain records of visits, orders, sales, stock movements, and outlet conditions.
• Prepare regular sales, merchandising, and stock reports with photos.
• Provide feedback to improve sales and outlet performance.
• Perform other sales and merchandising duties as assigned.
