Rising Fusion is seeking an experienced Personal Driver in Malaysia to provide safe and confidential transport for the CEO and family when needed. The role requires handling private schedules, maintaining discretion, and delivering a high standard of professional service.
You will navigate routes across Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, ensure vehicle upkeep, and be available for occasional out-of-town trips.

We are seeking an experienced, trustworthy and professional Personal Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for the CEO and, when required, the CEO's family members. The successful candidate must maintain absolute confidentiality, as the role involves exposure to private conversations, travel schedules, locations, documents and sensitive personal and business information.
Safely transport the CEO to the office, meetings, official functions, business appointments and other destinations.
Provide transportation for the CEO's family members when instructed.
Plan routes in advance, taking into consideration traffic conditions, weather, road closures and estimated travelling time.
Ensure that the vehicle is always clean, presentable, safe and in good working condition.
Monitor vehicle servicing, tyres, battery, road tax, insurance and general maintenance.
Immediately report any vehicle damage, accident, traffic summons or mechanical issue.
Assist with luggage, documents and other belongings when required.
Be available for outstation travel and overnight assignments when required, subject to reasonable notice.
Perform other reasonable duties directly related to driving and vehicle management as instructed by the CEO or an authorised representative.
Malaysian citizen with a valid Class D driving licence.
Minimum five years of experience as a Personal Driver, CEO Driver, Executive Driver or Corporate Chauffeur.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience serving CEOs, directors, senior executives, VIPs or high-profile families.
Good driving record with no serious traffic or criminal offences.
Experienced in driving luxury vehicles, MPVs such as the Toyota Alphard and electric vehicles.
Familiar with roads and routes throughout Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and interstate destinations.
Able to use Waze, Google Maps and basic communication applications.
Physically fit, disciplined and able to work according to the agreed schedule.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside or near the vehicle.
Honest, trustworthy and highly discreet.
Does not gossip or interfere in the employer’s personal affairs.
Calm, mature and able to maintain professional silence while on duty.
Punctual, well-groomed and professionally presented.
Courteous when dealing with the CEO’s family members, guests, employees and business associates.
No history of substance abuse, alcohol-related misconduct, gambling problems or aggressive behaviour.
Able to handle changes in schedule professionally.
Demonstrates sound judgment during emergencies and unexpected situations.
Shortlisted candidates must agree to undergo:

2. Background and criminal-record screening.
3. Drug screening.
4. Medical examination.
5. Reference checks with at least two former employers.
6. A practical driving assessment using the designated vehicle.
