Job summary

Ricebowl is seeking a reliable Personal Driver to support the CEO in Malaysia. You will provide safe transportation to meetings, plan routes, and maintain the vehicle.

You should have a clean driving record, at least 3 years of experience, knowledge of Klang Valley routes, and flexibility for irregular hours. Experience with luxury vehicles and EVs is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver or Corporate Driver.
• Familiar with Klang Valley routes and experienced in using Waze/Google Maps.
• Good knowledge of vehicle care and basic maintenance.
• Punctual, responsible, trustworthy and well-groomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for the CEO to meetings, appointments, business engagements and other destinations.
• Plan routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure punctual arrival.
• Maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, including cleanliness, fuel/charging and general readiness.
• Assist with basic vehicle-related matters such as servicing, maintenance, Touch 'n Go and car wash arrangements.
• Be flexible with working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and occasional outstation trips when required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the CEO's schedule, business activities and personal matters.
• Ensure a professional and courteous manner when interacting with the CEO, clients, business partners and other stakeholders.
• Perform other reasonable duties related to transportation and the CEO's requirements.
