Victus Project in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Personal Driver to provide safe, punctual transportation for the Director and family as required. The role requires discretion, professionalism, and a clean driving record.
You will manage route planning, vehicle upkeep, and light administrative tasks, including errands and document delivery, while ensuring confidentiality and flexibility for outstation travel.

Provide safe, punctual, and reliable transportation for the Director to and from the office, meetings, appointments, business functions, and other required destinations.
Plan suitable routes and ensure timely arrival at all destinations.
Provide safe, punctual, and reliable transportation for the Director’s family members as required and according to the schedule or instructions provided.
Handle school, appointments, activities, airport transfers, personal errands, and other transportation requirements when assigned.
Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean, tidy, and in good condition at all times.
Monitor servicing schedules, road tax, insurance, fuel, tyre condition, and general vehicle maintenance.
Promptly report any vehicle problems, accidents, damage, or maintenance requirements.
When driving duties are not required, assist with general administrative or office tasks as assigned by the Director or Management.
Tasks may include document delivery/collection, banking, purchasing, filing, dispatching items, running company errands, or other reasonable administrative duties.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Director, family members, company matters, schedules, locations, and any information encountered during the course of work.
Maintain professional, courteous, and respectful conduct at all times.
Must not disclose or discuss private or company-related matters with unauthorized persons.
Be flexible with working hours where reasonably required due to the Director’s schedule.
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Director or Management from time to time.
Valid Malaysian driving licence with a good driving record.
Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and well-disciplined.
Familiar with Klang Valley routes and able to use navigation applications effectively.
Good driving and road-safety awareness.
Able to maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of the Director and family.
Willing to assist with administrative and general tasks when not performing driving duties
Ensure that the vehicle is always clean, presentable, safe and in good working condition.
Monitor vehicle servicing, tyres, battery, road tax, insurance and general maintenance.
Immediately report any vehicle damage, accident, traffic summons or mechanical issue.
Be available for outstation travel and overnight assignments when required, subject to reasonable notice.
Perform other reasonable duties directly related to driving and vehicle management as instructed by the Company.
Malaysian citizen with a valid Class D driving licence.
Minimum five years of experience as a Personal Driver
Good driving record with no serious traffic or criminal offences.
Experienced in driving luxury vehicles, MPVs such as the Toyota Alphard and electric vehicles.
Able to use Waze, Google Maps and basic communication applications.
Disciplined and able to work according to the agreed schedule.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside or near the vehicle.
Honest, trustworthy and highly discreet.
Does not gossip or interfere in the employer’s personal affairs.
Calm, mature and able to maintain professional silence while on duty.
Punctual, well-groomed and professionally presented.
Courteous when dealing with the Director’s family members, guests, employees and business associates.
No history of substance abuse, alcohol-related misconduct, gambling problems or aggressive behaviour.
Able to handle changes in schedule professionally.
Demonstrates sound judgment during emergencies and unexpected situations.
Shortlisted candidates must agree to undergo:
1. Driving licence and traffic-record verification.
2. Background and criminal-record screening.
3. Drug screening.
4. Medical examination.
5. Reference checks with at least two former employers.
