Job summary

Nation Success in Kuala Lumpur seeks a professional Personal Driver to support executives with punctual, secure, and discreet transportation. You will maintain vehicle readiness and provide courteous service across Malaysia's Klang Valley.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on driving experience, a valid Class D license, strong navigation skills, and the ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid Malaysian Class D driving license with a clean record.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as a personal driver or chauffeur, preferably in a corporate setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent (SPM/'O' Level) is required.
• Excellent knowledge of road networks and navigation within Selangor and Greater KL.
• Basic vehicle maintenance skills and timely reporting of issues.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport executives and authorized personnel to destinations on schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of assigned vehicles; arrange servicing as needed.
• Plan routes using navigation tools and traffic knowledge to ensure on-time arrivals.
• Provide discreet, courteous service and protect passenger privacy.
• Assist with luggage and ensure vehicle security when unattended.
• Maintain a trip log with mileage, destinations and times.

• Safely and punctually transport company executives, clients, and other authorized personnel to various destinations as scheduled, adhering strictly to traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of assigned company vehicles, including regular checks of fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition. Arrange for routine maintenance and repairs as needed, documenting all service activities.
• Plan and optimize travel routes using navigation tools and knowledge of local traffic patterns to ensure efficient and timely arrivals, considering potential delays and alternative routes.
• Provide a high level of professional service and discretion when interacting with passengers, ensuring their comfort and privacy throughout the journey.
• Assist passengers with luggage or other items as required, and ensure the vehicle is secure when unattended.
• Manage and maintain a log of all trips, including mileage, destinations, times, and fuel consumption, for reporting and record-keeping purposes.
• Communicate effectively with passengers and dispatchers to confirm schedules, destinations, and any changes or special requests.
