Job summary

RISING FUSION SDN. BHD. seeks an experienced Personal Driver to provide safe, confidential transport for the CEO and family when needed. You will plan routes, keep the vehicle in top condition and coordinate outstation travel as required.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of experience as a Personal Driver, a clean driving record, and familiarity with Cyberjaya, Putrajaya, KL and Selangor routes. Luxury-vehicle experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen with a valid Class D driving licence.
• Minimum five years of experience as a Personal Driver or similar role.
• Experience serving CEOs, directors, or VIPs is preferred.
• Good driving record with no serious offences.
• Experience driving luxury vehicles such as MPVs (e.g., Toyota Alphard) and EVs.
• Familiarity with roads in Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and interstate destinations.
• Able to use Waze, Google Maps and basic communication apps.
• Physically fit and able to work per the agreed schedule.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside or near the vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport the CEO to the office, meetings, events and other destinations.
• Provide transport for CEO's family members when instructed.
• Plan routes considering traffic, weather and travel time.
• Ensure vehicle is clean, presentable, safe and in good condition.
• Monitor servicing, tyres, battery, road tax, insurance and maintenance.
• Report any vehicle damage, accidents or issues immediately.
• Assist with luggage and documents as required.
• Be available for outstation travel and overnight assignments when needed.
• Perform other duties related to driving and vehicle management as directed.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced, trustworthy and professional Personal Driver to provide safe and reliable transportation for the CEO and, when required, the CEO's family members. The successful candidate must maintain absolute confidentiality, as the role involves exposure to private conversations, travel schedules, locations, documents and sensitive personal and business information.

Key responsibilities

Safely transport the CEO to the office, meetings, official functions, business appointments and other destinations.

Provide transportation for the CEO's family members when instructed.

Plan routes in advance, taking into consideration traffic conditions, weather, road closures and estimated travelling time.

Ensure that the vehicle is always clean, presentable, safe and in good working condition.

Monitor vehicle servicing, tyres, battery, road tax, insurance and general maintenance.

Immediately report any vehicle damage, accident, traffic summons or mechanical issue.

Assist with luggage, documents and other belongings when required.

Be available for outstation travel and overnight assignments when required, subject to reasonable notice.

Perform other reasonable duties directly related to driving and vehicle management as instructed by the CEO or an authorised representative.

About you

Malaysian citizen with a valid Class D driving licence.

Minimum five years of experience as a Personal Driver, CEO Driver, Executive Driver or Corporate Chauffeur.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience serving CEOs, directors, senior executives, VIPs or high-profile families.

Good driving record with no serious traffic or criminal offences.

Experienced in driving luxury vehicles, MPVs such as the Toyota Alphard and electric vehicles.

Familiar with roads and routes throughout Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and interstate destinations.

Able to use Waze, Google Maps and basic communication applications.

Physically fit, disciplined and able to work according to the agreed schedule.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside or near the vehicle.
