Job summary

Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) in Sepang, Selangor requires an executive/corporate driver for Chief Regulatory Officer transport and related duties. You will maintain vehicles and ensure timely, confidential service for official functions and guests.

Role demands at least two years’ driving experience, a valid Malaysian Class D licence, defensive driving knowledge, and strong route planning skills within Kiang Valley, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent with a valid Malaysian Class D driving licence.
• Minimum two (2) years' experience as an executive or corporate driver with good knowledge of Kiang Valley, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya road networks.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely and professional transportation for the Chief Regulatory Officer, guests and authorised personnel to support official functions and business operations.
• Maintain assigned vehicles in roadworthy, clean and presentable condition through regular inspections, preventive maintenance and timely servicing.
• Ensure compliance with road traffic regulations, organisational policies and safety procedures to safeguard passengers, vehicles and organisational assets.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding official information, documents and discussions encountered during assignments.
• Coordinate transportation schedules, route planning and logistical arrangements with the Executive Secretary and relevant departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
