Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a reliable Personal Driver to provide safe, punctual transportation for the employer and family members in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas. You will ensure passengers’ safety, privacy, and comfort while planning routes with Waze or Google Maps.

Responsibilities include maintaining the vehicle, aiding with errands, and upholding a high level of professionalism and discretion. 3+ years’ experience, a Malaysian licence, and fluent English are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Driver or similar role.
• Valid Malaysian driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and surrounding areas.
• Fluent English; Bahasa Malaysia is helpful; employer is a foreigner.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive the employer and/or family members to appointments, meetings, airport transfers, errands, and other locations.
• Plan routes effectively using navigation apps such as Waze or Google Maps.
• Keep the assigned vehicle clean, safe, and well-maintained; monitor servicing needs.

• Safe and responsible driving skills with good knowledge of traffic rules.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluent English is required as the employer is a foreigner and does not speak Bahasa Malaysia.
• A reliable, punctual, patient, trustworthy, and professional attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect the employer's privacy.
• Flexibility to work outside normal working hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
