Job summary

AmBank Group in Penang is seeking a Personal Banker to assist customers in managing bank accounts and finances. You will deliver sales targets for deposits, bancassurance, unit trust and lending products by building long-term relationships with clients.

The role involves identifying customer needs, providing financial solutions, handling inquiries, and ensuring compliance with policies. Fresh graduates welcome; CEILLI/PCE/TBE/FIMM certification is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification is required or equivalent.
• Open to Fresh Graduates.
• Certification such as CEILLI / TBE / FIMM / PCE is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Delivers sales target for deposit, bancassurance, unit trust and lending products.
• Identifies customer needs and provides financial solutions accordingly.
• Attends customers' enquiry on branch products and services and feedback.
• Executes sales and services to customers in accordance with internal/external policies, guidelines and regulations.
• Builds and maintains business relationship with existing and new customers to ensure customer retention and cross-selling opportunities.
• Plan sales activities with Branch Manager.
• Ensure compliance with AmBank's policies and procedures.

Job description

Ambank Group is looking for Personal Banker to assist our customers in managing their bank accounts and finances. These sales personnel are responsible to deliver sales target for deposit, bancassurance, unit trust and lending products by building a long-term relationship with clients and cross-selling them our products and services. Job Responsibilities:

Delivers sales target for deposit, bancassurance, unit trust and lending products

Identifies customer needs and provides financial solutions accordingly

Attends customers' enquiry on branch products and services and feedback

Executes sales and services to customers in accordance with internal/external policies, guidelines and regulations

Builds and maintains business relationship with existing and new customers to ensure customer retention and cross-selling opportunities

Plan sales activities with Branch Manager

Ensure compliance with Ambank's policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent

Open for Fresh Graduates.

Possess PCE / CEILLI / TBE / FIMM is an added advantage.
