Job summary

You will drive sales targets for bancassurance products and deliver quality customer service within bank policies. The candidate should have a diploma or degree, with 1-2 years in financial institution sales. Strong communication skills, teamwork, and independence are valued.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of sales experience in Financial Institutions.
• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• PCEIA Life / CEILLI / TBE would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Delivers sales target for bancassurance products.
• Executes sales and services to customers in accordance with internal/external policies, guidelines and regulations.
• Builds and maintains business relationship with existing and new customers to ensure customer retention and cross-selling opportunities.
• Attends customers' enquiry on branch products and services and feedback.
• Participate and organize initiatives and drives to promote Life Insurance Products distributed by the Bank.
