Job summary

Synergy Staffing Malaysia is seeking an experienced digital marketer to lead performance campaigns. You will manage ad variations across Meta platforms and email drives, applying a data-driven approach and robust analytics to optimize results.

The role requires 2–8 years in digital or performance marketing, proficiency in English and Cantonese, and hands-on use of Meta Ads Manager. You will run A/B tests, optimize campaigns and collaborate with creatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram and Threads advertising).
• Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization and performance analysis.
• Familiar with email marketing, EDM segmentation, remarketing and marketing automation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret CTR, CPA, ROAS and conversion metrics.
• Proficiency in both English and Cantonese is mandatory.
• Eager to learn and able to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, launch and manage more than 100 ad variations weekly across Meta platforms and email campaigns.
• Execute systematic A/B and multivariate testing on creatives, copy, audience targeting and placements.
• Monitor campaign performance throughout the day and optimize by pausing or scaling ads based on performance.
• Analyze campaign metrics including CTR, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates to improve results.
• Manage advertising budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing advertisements.
• Utilize AI tools to generate and refine marketing hooks and creative ideas.
• Manage email segmentation, remarketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
