Job summary

Maza Empire Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Meta Ads Performance Marketer to design, manage and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, aiming to generate leads, sales and strong campaign ROI.

The role requires strong analytical skills to read campaign data, test strategies and continuously improve performance, with focus on CPL, CPA and ROAS metrics in a results-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Meta/Facebook Ads.
• Understanding of campaign structure, ad set, audience and creative.
• Proficient in reading and analysing campaign data.
• Understanding of CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion tracking.
• Able to make data-driven decisions and optimisations through testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and manage campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
• Handle Lead Generation, Conversion and Sales campaigns.
• Conduct research on audience, market and competitors.
• Design and implement creative testing and A/B testing.
• Monitor and consistently optimise campaign performance.
• Analyse metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM and Conversion Rate.
• Manage and ensure tracking through Meta Pixel, Events and Conversion API (CAPI).
• Identify issues or bottlenecks in the advertising funnel.
• Provide regular campaign performance reports.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and company profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and manage campaigns using Meta Ads Manager
