Job summary

The Branding People Sdn Bhd, a Malaysia-based digital marketing agency, is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive focusing on Meta Ads campaigns. You will plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing efforts to generate leads and sales while turning data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Media Buying or Performance/Digital Marketing.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads and performance marketing, including setup, targeting, optimization and tracking.
• Comfortable working with data and numbers to interpret metrics like CPA, ROI, CTR, and conversions.
• Strong copywriting and creative thinking to develop engaging ad messaging and angles.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch & optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms with a focus on leads, sales, and measurable results.
• Research markets, competitors & audiences to uncover trends and opportunities for campaign strategy and targeting.
• Monitor campaign performance and use metrics like CPA, ROI, CTR, and conversions to identify improvements and optimize accordingly.
• Create & refine ad copy and creative directions, including captions, hooks, subtitles, and messaging that drive action.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing team to develop ideas, communicate insights, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
• Manage campaign workflows by coordinating with internal teams, meeting deadlines, and leveraging AI tools for research, copywriting, ideation, and production.
