Job summary

Spolith Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on digital advertising specialist to manage campaigns across Facebook / Meta and other major media channels. You will leverage Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager to allocate budgets, launch campaigns, and optimize performance to achieve strong ROI.

The role requires deep knowledge of ad structures, audience targeting, and creative production. You will analyze data, run A/B tests, and develop localized strategies for different markets, with overseas

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Meta / Facebook Ads.
• Experience in online promotion, user growth, or marketing operations.
• Fluent in English or Chinese; proficiency in one language is sufficient.
• Able to independently create and optimize advertising creatives.
• Overseas assignment availability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Facebook / Meta and other major media channels.
• Monitor performance and optimize key metrics (ROI, ROAS, CTR, CVR).
• Test, evaluate and analyze advertising creatives and campaign performance.
• Develop localized strategies based on markets, regions and user behavior.
• Conduct continuous A/B testing to optimize ads, audiences, and campaigns.
