Job summary

Fuku in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to scale our in-house growth engine. You will own the strategy, lead a team, and operate with a large advertising budget to drive CAC-lean acquisition across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, KOLs, and UGC campaigns.

This role requires 6–10+ years in advertising, at least 3 years leading a team, and a deep hands-on command of LTV, ROAS, and attribution.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in Advertising & Performance Marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience leading a team or function.
• Strong hands-on experience managing large digital advertising budgets (USD 1M+/month).
• Deep expertise in Meta and Google advertising ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Scale in-house marketing capabilities and lead a team with autonomy to experiment across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, KOLs, UGCs, and more.
• Set and build marketing strategy, monitor performance, optimize campaigns and forecast results.
• Collaborate with in-house data analytics to understand customer behavior from the Product Owner’s perspective.
• Identify new audiences, uncover pain points, and develop innovative conversion strategies.
