Tea Garden Management is seeking an HR professional to coordinate performance appraisals and KPI alignment, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation. The role supports calibration, development planning, and job description updates across departments.

The position emphasizes data-driven reporting, process improvements, and strict confidentiality in handling performance information, with involvement in projects and talent reviews as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer the annual and mid-year performance appraisal process.
• Ensure appraisal forms, KPI settings, competency assessments, and reviews are completed on time.
• Monitor appraisal completion and follow up with Heads of Departments and staff on outstanding submissions.
• Maintain accurate performance appraisal records and documentation.
• Support calibration exercises to ensure consistency and fairness in ratings.
• Assist departments in preparing and reviewing individual KPI targets aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor KPI submission, approval and performance achievement; maintain KPI records.
• Prepare performance management reports, dashboards and analyses for management review.
• Identify performance gaps and support development plans and job alignment.
• Coordinate with PMS to streamline processes and drive improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality of performance information and ensure HR policy compliance.
• Support HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, succession planning and talent reviews.
