Job summary

Key responsibilities include overseeing appraisal cycles, supporting managers with performance concerns, leading Employee Engagement Surveys, analyzing results, and coordinating post-survey action plans with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years specializing in performance management, employee relations, or talent management.
• Bachelor’s Degree; HRM, Psychology or Business Administration preferred.
• Good knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
• Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performance Management & Development: Oversee and manage the performance appraisal cycles across the organization; support managers in addressing performance concerns fairly and consistently.
• Employee Engagement: Lead the end-to-end execution of Employee Engagement Surveys, analyze data, and compile reports for senior leadership; facilitate cross-functional action plans.
