Job Scope :
Shaping workplace culture and driving high performance. Act as the custodian of performance management frameworks, champion employee engagement initiatives, and maintain a harmonious workplace environment through proactive employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Management & Development
Oversee and manage the performance appraisal cycles across the organization.
Support managers in addressing performance concerns fairly and consistently, in line with company policies and Malaysian labour requirements.
Partner with managers and department heads to address employee concerns constructively, identify development opportunities, and support performance improvement, career growth, employee engagement, succession planning, and retention.
2. Employee Engagement
Lead the end-to-end execution of the Employee Engagement Surveys, from communication rollout to data collection.
Analyse survey data to identify trends, extract meaningful insights, and compile comprehensive reports for senior leadership.
Facilitate focus groups and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute post-survey action plans and engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
4 to 6 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years specializing in performance management, employee relations, or talent management.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field. A degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
Good foundational knowledge of the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive employee relations matters, grievances, and workplace concerns professionally and effectively.
High proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
