A performance management executive designs, implements, and oversees programs that track, evaluate, and improve employee and organizational productivity. You will build high-performing teams, shape company culture, and lead workforce planning. Your work ensures the company has the right talent and systems to grow successfully.
Core Responsibilities
Setting Goals: Help departments and employees establish measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with company objectives.
Tracking Progress: Monitor regular performance data, manage review cycles, and oversee appraisal systems.
Training and Guidance: Advise managers on how to give constructive feedback and run effective coaching sessions.
Analyzing Data: Review performance trends to identify skill gaps, process inefficiencies, or high-potential employees.
Improving Systems: Update company-wide performance policies, tools, and reward frameworks to boost overall engagement
Manages administrative functions such as foreign workers matters, salary processing, liaising with government departments such as DOE, DOSH, JTK.
About you
Proven work history in senior HR roles focusing on strategy and change management
Deep knowledge of local labor laws, employment standards, and HR best practices
Strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and cross-department leadership
