Job summary

TOTALMEN (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to drive performance marketing and brand growth across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will run high-converting ads, craft visuals, and build our brand presence across social channels.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on experience with paid ads/digital marketing.
• Experience managing campaigns on Facebook, Google, and TikTok dashboards.

• Strong data analysis and ability to troubleshoot campaign performance.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Strategize, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads.

Craft multi-channel digital strategies designed for lead generation and conversion growth.

Design eye-catching visual content, short-form videos, and engaging copywriting for ads.

Maintain, curate, and scale our brand’s presence on Facebook, IG, and TikTok.

Track analytics, evaluate campaign performance, and generate actionable reports.

Work hand-in-hand with internal Sales and CS teams to hit company targets.

Explore new digital trends, features, and ad formats to continuously elevate performance.

Who We Are Looking For:

Minimum 1+ year of hands‑on experience handling paid ads/digital marketing.

Practical exposure to managing campaigns on Facebook, Google, and TikTok dashboards.

Ability to craft simple visuals and edit short videos using Canva, CapCut, or basic editing tools.

Strong capacity to analyze data and troubleshoot campaign performance.
