Job summary

Intuitive Malaysia is seeking a People Services Specialist to deliver high‑quality employee lifecycle administration, onboarding and new hire orientation, HR case management, and data maintenance across the market. You will maintain HRIS data, generate standard reports, and provide policy guidance while ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour requirements and regional People Services standards.

• 5+ years in HR operations in international/global environments.
• Familiar with HR ERP systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow).
• Experience in fast-paced tech companies; adaptable to change.
• Manufacturing industry experience in global settings preferred.
• Strong analytical, proactive, and deadline-driven.
• Excellent written and verbal English; local language helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers.
• Deliver onboarding, new hire orientation, HR case management, and data maintenance.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate standard reports.
