Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years in HR Operations within an international/global environment.
• Experience with HR ERP systems (Workday, ServiceNow).
• Strong analytical, proactive and deadline-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR operational support to employees and managers.
• Administer onboarding, new hire orientation, and lifecycle activities.
• Manage HR cases and support data maintenance and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor regulations and privacy laws.
• Collaborate with HRBPs, COEs, and SME for case resolution and improvements.
