Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR professional in Kuala Lumpur to oversee recruitment, payroll, and HR administration for HQ and centres. The role requires a diploma or degree in HRM or a related field and 1–2 years of HR experience, with strong language skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HRM/BA or related field.
• 1–2 years HR experience; fresh grads with aptitude welcomed.
• Working knowledge of Malaysian employment law and statutory contributions.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin essential).
• Familiarity with payroll/HR software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for HQ and centre staff (teachers, centre managers, support roles).
• Administer monthly payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB submissions timely and accurately.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, leave, and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and internal policies.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and staff welfare initiatives.
• Coordinate training, staff development, and performance appraisals.
