Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage monthly payroll, HR administration, employee benefits, and ensure statutory compliance while supporting the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR with 3 years of HR Generalist experience, strong communication, teamwork, and proficient in Office365 and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as HR Generalist in a retail or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Solid knowledge of Malaysia payroll rules, taxes, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Process and administer the monthly payroll accurately and timely.
• Prepare payroll and HR reports and manpower statistics.
• Manage employee benefits, including insurance and medical claims.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Maintain HR records and personnel files; support lifecycle events.
• Collaborate with HRIS/payroll vendor for system enhancements and issues.
• Handle ad-hoc HR duties and participate in audits and improvements.
