People & Organization Development Lead – Performance & KPI

Job summary

Mayora Indah in Selangor is seeking a proactive Senior HR Executive (People & Organization Development) to support key people initiatives, focusing on performance management, KPI design, and organizational development.

The role works closely with the HR Manager and business leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness and employee performance, maintain organization charts and job descriptions, and contribute to succession planning and HR analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to Performance Management, Organization Development, Compensation & Benefits or Talent Management.
• Good understanding of KPI setting and Performance Management processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working with HR data, analysis and management reports.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the company's Performance Management and KPI cycle.
• Support departments in setting clear and measurable KPIs and performance targets.
• Monitor KPI submission, progress and completion across departments.
• Coordinate mid-year and year-end performance reviews.
• Consolidate performance ratings and prepare analysis for management review.
• Support organization structure reviews and manpower planning.
• Maintain and update organization charts, job descriptions and reporting structures.
• Coordinate the succession planning process for key and critical positions.
• Support the identification of high-potential and key talent within the organization.
• Prepare and maintain HR dashboards and management reports.
