Job summary

Businesslist is seeking an senior HR leader to drive organisational design, job analysis and job evaluation initiatives in a fast-paced transformation context. You will oversee workforce planning, talent mobility and position management while partnering with senior stakeholders to optimise reporting structures and roles.

The role requires a track record in organisation design and a Malaysian citizen who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• 15-20 years of HR experience, gained within a generalist and/or specialist capacity.
• Proven track record in Organisational Design, Job Analysis and Job Evaluation.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication and facilitation skills.
• Malaysian citizen with proficiency with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transformation-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice to management on organisational design, talent mobility and job evaluation programmes.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for organisation design, workforce planning and position management activities.
• Analyse organisational structures and recommend improvements to enhance effectiveness, agility and performance.
• Design and implement organisation frameworks that support business transformation and growth objectives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to optimise roles, responsibilities and reporting structures.
• Lead workforce planning and manpower planning initiatives, including post creation and job analysis exercises.
• Develop and manage talent mobility programmes, including redeployment, relocation and promotion placement recommendations.
• Conduct and oversee job evaluation exercises to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions and presentations related to organisation design and job evaluation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining accurate governance, documentation and records.
