Job summary

Shapee Trading & Distribution in Kulai, Johor is seeking an HR/Administration professional to manage HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and onboarding processes. You will also coordinate employer branding efforts and handle office administration alongside the COO.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource, Administration, Management or equivalent.
• Computer literacy essential with knowledgeable about Microsoft & Google Work application.
• Strong interpersonal skill, positive attitude, fast learner, self-motivated & aggressive.
• High degree of integrity maturity and pleasant personality.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR Operations & Payroll – attendance, leave admin, payroll prep, staff claims verification, ensuring compliance with policies and statutory requirements.
• Support Recruitment & Employer Branding – coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, manage LinkedIn page to strengthen employer branding.
• Oversee Employee Lifecycle – coordinate onboarding/offboarding, prepare HR docs, maintain confidential employee records.
• Administer Office Operations – manage office supplies, vendors, facilities, travel arrangements.
• Organize Company Activities – assist in planning events, staff engagement, internal communications.
• Provide Administrative Support – assist COO and handle ad-hoc tasks to ensure smooth operations.
