As a People Operations Business Partner (Pops BP), you will play a strategic role in aligning business objectives with partners and employees across designated departments. You will act as a strategic advisor in decision-making processes. You will provide end-to-end HR expertise across talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, and leadership development. This expertise will ensure our people strategy creates a measurable impact on our organisation.

You will be reporting to Head of People Operations BP and will be based in Petailing Jaya, Malaysia.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will shape the organisation's future by understanding its evolving needs, partnering with business leaders in organisational design decisions.
• You will diagnose complex problems by connecting insights across teams, solving for downstream and second-order effects before they surface.
• You will lead the implementation of HR programmes and targeted learning initiatives to upskill the workforce
• You will provide expert guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development, ensuring equitable practices.
• You will partner with business leaders on workforce planning, forecasting budgets for hiring, engagement, and learning and development while assessing and anticipating team needs.
• You will drive large-scale organisational changes, securing buy-in from stakeholders at all levels and executing internal communication plans for major launches.
• You will use People metrics to guide necessary data-based decisions and changes.
