Job summary

Grab is recruiting for a People Operations Business Partner (Pops BP) to align business objectives with partners and employees across departments. You will act as a strategic advisor, delivering end-to-end HR expertise in talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, and leadership development.

You will report to the Head of People Operations BP and be based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will shape organisational design, diagnose complex problems, and lead HR programmes to upskill the

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years as HRBP in tech/fintech or high-growth organisations.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and manage organisational change.
• Strong relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Experience with HRIS and people analytics tools to extract insights and present data to leadership.
• Structured analytical skills and judgement.
• Experience managing multiple projects.
• Knowledge of employment laws across markets.

Responsibilities

• Shape organisational design decisions by understanding evolving needs and partnering with business leaders.
• Diagnose problems by connecting insights across teams and anticipate downstream effects.
• Lead HR programmes and learning initiatives to upskill the workforce.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, budgeting for hiring and L&D.
• Drive large-scale organisational changes with stakeholder buy-in and internal comms for launches.
• Use people metrics to guide data-based decisions.
