Job summary

People Operations in Malaysia seeks a People Operations Business Partner (Pops BP) to act as a strategic advisor across talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, and leadership development. Based in Malaysia, you will collaborate with heads of departments to align people strategies with business goals and drive measurable impact.

You will report to the Head of People Operations BP and work from the local office, leading end-to-end HR initiatives and partnering with leaders on

Responsibilities

Shape the organisation's future by aligning needs with business leaders on design decisions.
Diagnose problems by connecting insights across teams and addressing downstream effects.
Lead the implementation of HR programmes and targeted learning initiatives.
Provide guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and development.
Partner with leaders on workforce planning and budgeting for hiring and learning.
