Grab is seeking a seasoned People Operations Business Partner to align people strategy with business objectives across designated departments in Malaysia. You will serve as a strategic advisor, delivering end-to-end HR expertise spanning talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, and leadership development.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in HRBP in technology, fintech, or high-growth organisations.
• Track record of solving complex problems and guiding senior HR professionals through ambiguity.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with employees and leaders at all levels.
• Experience with HRIS systems and people analytics tools to extract workforce insights and present data to leadership.
• Structured analytical skills with demonstrated judgement in diagnosing organisational challenges.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Knowledge of employment laws across markets where we operate.

Responsibilities

• Shape the organisation's future by understanding its evolving needs and partnering with business leaders on design decisions.
• Diagnose complex problems by connecting insights across teams and preventing downstream issues.
• Lead the implementation of HR programmes and learning initiatives to upskill the workforce.
• Provide expert guidance to managers on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, budgeting for hiring, engagement and learning and development.
• Drive large-scale organisational changes with stakeholder buy-in and internal communications plans.
• Use People metrics to guide data-based decisions and changes.
