Job summary

You'll collaborate with teams, manage documentation, and leverage Google Workspace and HRMS systems to streamline processes. This position offers duty meals, uniform/laundry, parking and team activities in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support training & development structures, records and documents/ collaterals.
• Coordinate, plan and conduct training activities and prepare training materials.
• Provide guidance to participants, trainers and facilitators, and maintain records of training activities.
• Support recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and posting jobs.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and prepare documentation.
• Support payroll preparation and benefits administration, flag gaps to heads.
