Job summary

Setel is seeking a Manager, Culture & Engagement in Kuala Lumpur to design and execute culture programmes that strengthen employee experience and align with People & Culture priorities. You will own the end-to-end employee engagement survey lifecycle, drive DEI and CSR, lead change management for organisational transformation, and provide governance and tooling to leaders.

With 5–8 years in HR or related fields and a Bachelor's degree, you will communicate in English and Malay, translate

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in HR, culture, employee engagement, or related People & Culture functions.
• Experience owning end-to-end programmes and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or related field.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communications in English & Malay.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead culture and engagement strategy across the organization.
• Design and deliver culture activation and employee experience initiatives.
• Own Employee Feedback & Engagement Programme including surveys and action planning.
• Lead DEI, CSR, and employer branding initiatives.
• Lead change management for organizational transformation initiatives.
• Develop change communications and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Conduct culture diagnostics, benchmarking, and recommendations.
• Establish culture and engagement measurement dashboards and KPIs.
• Build culture and change capability among leaders and people managers.
• Provide governance for Culture & Engagement projects and initiatives.
• General compliance with company policies and regulations.
