Qualifications
Minimum 6–8 years of HRIS experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on Oracle HRIS.
Strong expertise in HR data management and reporting.
Experience managing multi-country HRIS operations, preferably in Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
Serve as the regional owner of the Oracle HRIS, ensuring stable operations.
Develop and automate standard and ad-hoc HR reports.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR processes.
Partner with HR leadership to define the HR technology roadmap.
